Penn State T-shirt debacle: that’s a major topic of discussion on The Jim Pfaff Show. Religious liberty is at stake here. This Penn State themed t-shirt was given out over the weekend for a home game. And six people objected because they believe it is a violation of the so-called “Separation of Church and State.”

I am getting tired of the reckless and persistent assault on religious faith in this country. We are a nation founded on Christian principles and we have a constitution which protects the religious liberty of all people of any faith. Yet the false notion that religious expression on public property violates the constitution continues to flourish. And it has been accepted by many people in our culture. I share my opinion on this. And I am screamin’ mad!
I also talk with Kelly Shackelford of Liberty Legal Institute about Hannah Giles, the 20 yr. old journalism student who helped expose corruption in ACORN. He has helped Hannah form a legal defense fund to help her defend herself against the $2 million lawsuit brought against her by ACORN. Check out this important information about an important case.
